HEAD LIFEGUARDS
Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have an up-to-date lifeguard certification
- Assists Aquatics Director/s with training/running in-services for lifeguards
- The majority of the hours are afternoon/evening/weekend shifts
- Must be comfortable in an authoritative role overseeing peer lifeguards
SWIM INSTRUCTORS
Minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have an up-to-date lifeguard certification
- Must have experience working with children
- Must be available M-F in the mornings
DIVE INSTRUCTORS/COACHES
Minimum of 16 years of age
- Ideally, be lifeguard certified
- Must have experience with instructing children
- Must have some competitive diving experience.
- Approx. 20-25 hours per week, primarily weekday mornings
LIFEGUARDS
Minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have an up-to-date lifeguard certification
- If you are applying for a lifeguard position, please specify if you are also interested in instructing lessons or coaching swim team
- Must be willing to work the front gate during rotations
SWIM TEAM COACHES
Minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have an up-to-date lifeguard certification
- Must have experience working with children
- Must have some competitive swim experience
- Must be available M-F mornings as well as some Saturday mornings in late June to early August and occasional afternoon hours
TENNIS INSTRUCTORS
Minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have an up-to-date lifeguard certification
- Must have experience working with children
- Must be available M-F in the mornings
CREW MEMBERS
All Crew members must be a minimum of 15 years of age, with the exception of House & Grounds, which is 16 years of age and may be scheduled for any of the following departments:
Crew Members work shifts for ALL of the positions they are qualified for. (For example, on Monday, you might work a shift at the Gate, and on Wednesday, you might work a shift in the Snack Bar.)
GATE
- Should have a friendly and outgoing personality as they welcome members to the Club
- Requires a mature/strong personality for controlling guest sign-in and payment, including being comfortable politely stopping members to request appropriate guest information
SNACK BAR
- Must be extremely conscientious about following food safety and cleaning protocols (training is provided)
YOUTH GAMES & BARN
- Should have a vibrant, fun, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Must have previous experience working with children (babysitting, etc.)
HOUSE & GROUNDS
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Experience with lawn equipment
- Should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hardworking
In addition to the above, ALL CREW MEMBERS will assist with the following:
- Setup, breakdown, and cleanup for all Club events (swim meets, parties, youth events, etc.)
- Overall Club cleanliness (pick up trash, dispose of trash, organize the lost and found, etc.)
- Bathhouse maintenance (professional cleaners will provide a weekly deep cleaning of the bathrooms)
- Landscaping (weeding, raking, etc.)
