Courts
Tennis & Pickleball Courts
Upper Courts (1–3)
- Post-tension concrete construction with lighting
- Lighting available from 1 hour before sundown until 11:00 PM
Lower Courts (4–6)
- Painted for pickleball – but can be used for tennis as well
Seasonal Availability
- Courts are accessible for much of the year, weather permitting
- Nets are taken down in winter and returned in spring
No reservations are required. Guest fees apply.
Adult Tennis
- Round Robins
- Lessons & Clinics take place June-September
Youth Tennis
- Youth Tennis Lessons and Teams run from June until the first week in August
- Lessons take place Tue/Thu mornings, and Team practices take place Mon/Wed
- The A-Teams compete in the Sudbury Valley Junior Tennis League.
Youth Events
Special events throughout the season, including the Carnival on the Courts and team events like the Ice Cream Social
Instructions for Lighting
- Courts 1, 2, and 3 have tournament-grade lighting from Musco.
- Lights are available from 1 hour prior to sundown to 11:00 pm.
- There is a silver button on the bathhouse wall next to the electrical box to turn on the lights, note: there are two old switches up higher red/green, these are no longer used and will be removed (see photo).
- Once the button is pressed, the lights stay on for approximately 90 minutes.
- When it gets to within 10 minutes of shut-off time, an amber light flashes on top of the timer box, and the button must be pressed again to reset the timer for another 90 minutes (within 10 minutes).
