Join swim coach Justin Gainer for Swim Conditioning classes at the Wedgewood Pool.

On Fridays at 10:15 we will practice lap swimming, strokes, turns, and drills.

Please bring payment of $10 per person for any session, payable by cash or check made out to Justin Gainer.
